Training
It is not necessary to have experience operating a frozen yogurt business in order to become a franchise owner. We have developed a comprehensive training curriculum that will prepare every franchise owner to run their business. Training begins at Yeh! headquarters in Montreal, Canada, where we cover the following:

On-site training will follow at one of our corporate Yeh! locations, where you will be able to practice in a hands-on environment. Our training program is on-going, with detailed training on any new products, services or procedures that are introduced over time.
